Terms & Conditions
rochelle adonis cakes + confections accepts Visa and Mastercard. Payment must be made online using your credit card to process your order. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been cleared.
Credit or debit card payments for orders made on our website are processed through the secure payment gateway Paypal. We do not see or hold credit or debit card details submitted through the payment gateway. However, we collect some personal data for the purpose of providing a specific product requested by the customer. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
Guaranty of satisfaction
Only the freshest and finest ingredients are used in the preparation of our cakes and confections. However, if you are not genuinely satisfied with the quality of the product, return it to the place of pick up within 2 days for a full refund or replacement.
Changes and cancellation
In order to avoid delivery delays, please make sure that your order as well as your delivery information is correct before you make your payment. Orders containing “pickup only” products will not be delivered and have to be collected from our Northbridge studio in Perth.
Under extenuating circumstances, customers may be able to cancel or change their order (additional charges may apply) if they contact us before the order has been dispatched.
Studio pick ups and order deadlines
Please ensure you present our staff with a printed copy of your receipt in order to collect your purchases. Goods will not be released without this printed receipt.
Your order will be available for collection from rochelle adonis cakes + confections p/l at 193 Brisbane Street Northbridge, WA the day after you order it online. Orders must be received before 2.00pm the day prior to delivery for this collection (see below table for exceptions). Orders received after 2.00pm for next day pick ups cannot be submitted for next day delivery. These orders will be available 2 days after orders are received.
Orders can be collected after 10am and during studio opening hours between 10am and 4pm, Wednesday to Sunday.
Exceptions
Orders received before 2pm will be available for collection the next day, after 10am. The two exceptions to this are:
- If the pickup date is a weekend or public holiday or the studio is closed on that date (refer to the studio opening hours) or call us on +618 9227 0007 for more information.
- If your order is received before 2pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday it will be ready for collection after 10am the following day.
- If your order is received after 2pm on Saturday, it will be available for collection after 10 on Wednesday.
Public Holidays
rochelle adonis cakes + confections p/l is closed on Western Australian public holidays. We close every Easter for 4 days and every Christmas / New Year for approximately 3 weeks. Please call the studio on +618 9227 0007 for more information.
Store closure Christmas 2012 / 2013
Our business will be closed from December 23rd 2012 until January 16th 2013. Orders may be placed online during this period, however will not be actioned until January 16th 2013. Should you require any further information please call the studio on +618 9227 0007.
On-line Ordering
rochelle adonis cakes + confections p/l agrees to execute all orders in accordance with their terms but reserves the right to reject any order in its absolute discretion. You acknowledge and agree that rochelle adonis cakes + confections p/l is entitled to assume that any order which is placed with rochelle adonis cake + confections p/l via on-line ordering and is accepted by rochelle adonis cakes+ confections p/l is a valid order. You acknowledge that:
- (a) On-line ordering is provided in good faith, but rochelle adonis cakes + confections p/l does not guarantee its performance or availability;
- (b) On-line ordering may be unavailable from time to time for regularly scheduled maintenance and/or upgrades;
- (c) there are inherent hazards in electronic distribution and as such rochelle adonis cakes + confections p/l cannot warrant against delays or errors in transmitting data between you and rochelle adonis cakes + confections p/l including orders, and you agree that to the maximum extent permitted by law, rochelle adonis cakes + confections p/l will not be liable for any losses which you suffer as a result of On-line Ordering not being available or for delays or errors in transmitting orders.
rochelle adonis cakes + confections p/l reserves the right to terminate your order if it learns that you have provided false or misleading information, interfered with other users or the administration of rochelle adonis cakes + confections p/l services, or violated these terms & conditions.
