Please take a moment to review the following information regarding your reservation for High Tea at rochelle adonis cakes + confections. Your part payment communicates unequivocal acceptance of the conditions detailed below.
SERVICE TIMES / DURATION
Tuesday – Friday 12 noon and 2pm
Weekends – 12 noon, 2pm and 4pm
NB Please allow approximately 2 hours for all noon and 2pm bookings on the weekends, as we will need a little time to re-set the tables for the following sitting.
$58 per person

We are a communal table venue.
Communal dining is an important part of our concept and we treat all guests equally when dining with us, no matter the size of the party or occasion. Unless you have booked the ‘entire’ venue exclusively, we ask you to be respectful of other guests.
RESERVATIONS / 50% PART PAYMENTS
50% part payment is required at the time of booking [transferrable, non refundable]
Please be advised your booking will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of 50% part payment.
Balance payable on the day, plus any additional charges.
No separate billing – The person authorized to make the booking shall be responsible for payment of balance in full.
For your security, we will only request your credit card details verbally; please do not send via email.

You will receive confirmation electronically so it is critical you enter your contact details accurately. No-shows will forfeit part payment.
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Your part-payment is non-refundable, but is wholly transferrable to another date [subject to availability] provided cancellation occurs no later than 24 hours prior to your reservation. We must receive written notice of intent to re-schedule or cancel your booking via email. Cancellation less than 24 hours before your reservation will result in forfeiture of your part payment.
REDUCTION IN THE NUMBER OF BOOKED GUESTS
In the event there is a decrease in the number of guests attending, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. In the event that we do not receive 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to retain the $29.00 part-payment made for each guest not in attendance, to cover all incidental costs of that confirmed reservation.
We offer an inspired and creative set menu based on seasonal ingredients designed for an unrestricted diet. We are not an a la carte restaurant.
With minimum notice of 48 hours, we can ONLY cater for the following :
GLUTEN INTOLERANCE / COELIAC
VEGETARIAN / PREGNANCY
NUT-FREE [there may be traces of nuts present]
NO SEAFOOD / SHELLFISH
We require that the Organiser take full responsibility for notifying us of any of the above dietary requirements.
We can not cater for Vegans, or those with Fructose, Lactose, or Dairy intolerances. Nor can we cater to personal dietary preferences or choices.
We choose not to use substitutes for any of the following ingredients: butter, milk, cream, eggs, sugar, flour. and respectfully ask for your understanding in this regard.
Regretfully, if we do not receive 48 hrs advance notice of a guests dietary requirements, guests will be offered our set menu.
